Offering two hot tubs, one on the Oceanside deck and one underneath the home there is room for all!!

Available to host 16 people, the open floor plan features two of everything! Two extra-large kitchens, dining, and living areas flow throughout the first floor. There are 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, smart flat-screen TVs (no cable), and a sundeck on the Oceanside second floor. Four refrigerators and two Flex brew coffee makers make family entertaining easy! Let the good times roll!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
