A second primary suite on the middle level provides peaceful marsh views and a beautifully finished bathroom, while the first-floor primary suite opens directly onto an ocean-facing deck where you can enjoy the sounds and salty air of the beach. An additional ocean-facing queen bedroom includes its own deck and private bath, and the kids’ bunk room offers four beds, a large TV, board games, and easy access to the pool and outdoor shower.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for gathering and entertaining. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop, convection and standard ovens, a large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, an under-counter beverage refrigerator, and all the cookware and dishware needed for family meals. The spacious living room features ample seating, a wraparound sectional, a 65" 4K Smart TV with premium sound, and expansive sliding glass doors that open to a wall-to-wall deck with sweeping ocean views. The dining area comfortably seats up to twelve at the table and bar combined.

Additional conveniences include a residential elevator serving all floors, a private renter’s storage closet for beach gear, and a guest powder room on the main living level. Outside, the thoughtfully designed backyard offers a large private pool with optional heating during shoulder seasons, an expansive deck area, turf space for lawn games, a privacy fence, and a four-burner stainless steel gas grill with gas included. Bluetooth speakers are hardwired throughout the outdoor space, making it easy to enjoy your favorite music poolside. Beach access is located less than 200 feet away via a wooden walkway with railings, perfect for carts and gear.

This home is equipped with the latest technology, including a strong mesh WiFi network, Alexa-enabled speakers on every floor, smart thermostats and door locks, separate climate controls for each level, two large water heaters for extended hot water use, and optional EV charging available for a weekly fee. Five decks across three levels provide ocean and marsh views and overlook the pool area, while blackout shutters in deck-access bedrooms allow for restful mornings.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can maintain temperatures approximately 8–10°F above outdoor temperatures. Pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperature is below 55°F and are not available June–August. Please call for details.
