Linen Policy:

For bookings made after September 26, 2025, linen will be supplied; however, guests will still need to make the beds upon arrival.

For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, tea towels) or arrange for hire at an additional fee. We can arrange linen hire for you for an additional charge.

Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not included with this property unless explicitly stated in the property details.

Check-in: Key collection for your stay is handled via our office in Bulcock Street. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a weekend or public holiday, you will receive the lockbox code on the day of your arrival.
