The property has a secure garage for one car and driveway parking for another two. There is also additional street parking if needed. More than enough parking for all of your family or group.

Air-conditioning

The house has air-conditioning in the lounge, dining and master bedroom. There are ceiling fans throughout the entire property including the remaining 3 bedrooms. So either choose the cooling ocean breezes, or air-conditioning for your comfort and enjoyment



Kitchen

The kitchen is modern and has all appliances and fittings. This includes fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need.

There is also an outdoor dining area with a sink and 7 burner BBQ with an additional single burner for a pan or wok.



Linen

We supply all linen, sheets, bath and beach towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels etc.



Consumables

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc.



Laundry

The laundry has both a washing machine and clothes dryer and an external clothesline. We do NOT provide laundry detergent.



Internet

We have free NBN internet access for you to use and enjoy. The details for this will be sent to you when you book.



The TV is set up for streaming services with your own account and also has access to all free to air channels.



A polite reminder that this is NOT, a party, function or event space. If you want that, we would politely suggest you book elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as those of all of our neighbours.

We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. The property has a noise monitoring device. This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on back verandah If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
