The Space:

Positioned to capture stunning panoramic ocean views, this beautifully renovated family home offers spacious interiors, relaxed coastal styling, and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Spread across two generous levels, the home has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of its elevated position, with light-filled living spaces, multiple outdoor entertaining areas, and comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests.



The upper level forms the heart of the home, where the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas enjoy sweeping ocean views through large windows and sliding doors. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals effortless while remaining connected to the dining and living spaces, allowing everyone to gather together after a day at the beach. Step outside onto the expansive balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, long lunches, or an evening drink while taking in the sea breeze and uninterrupted coastal outlook.



Also located upstairs, the spacious master bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a comfortable queen bed, private ensuite, and air conditioning for year-round comfort.



Downstairs, three additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for families and groups. Each bedroom features sliding doors opening directly onto the large covered deck, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living and a quiet place to relax throughout the day. The main bathroom includes both a separate bath and shower, while the fully equipped laundry with both a washing machine and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.



The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms:



Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed, private ensuite, air conditioning, located upstairs.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed with direct access to the covered deck.



Bedroom 3: Queen bed with direct access to the covered deck.



Bedroom 4: Two single beds with direct access to the covered deck.



All linen and bath towels are provided for your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home throughout their stay, including both levels, outdoor entertaining areas, and on-site parking.

Getting Around:

The beach is just a short stroll away, while Peregian Village Square is only a 3-minute drive or approximately a 20-minute walk. Noosa Main Beach and Hastings Street are around a 15-minute drive north, while Coolum Beach is only 10 minutes south.
