The dog-friendly home sleeps 6 and is perfectly positioned directly across the road from the water’s edge, enjoying lovely views over the Pumicestone Passage and an easy, laid-back coastal atmosphere. With local cafes, parks and shops nearby and Caloundra’s main street just a short drive away, Aloha Sands is perfectly placed for an effortless Sunshine Coast escape.



The Space:

Step inside Aloha Sands, an original beach house designed to make the most of its beautiful position overlooking the Pumicestone Passage. The open-plan kitchen and living area upstairs creates an inviting space for easy holiday living, complete with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable chaise sofa, and smart TV. The kitchen connects seamlessly with the living space, making it easy to cook, relax, and spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.



Flowing from the main living area is the gorgeous sunroom, where large windows frame the lovely views across the Passage. This light-filled space features a round dining table for six, along with two comfortable sofas, creating the perfect spot for slow morning coffees in the sunshine, relaxed meals, or simply sitting back and enjoying the coastal outlook.



Upstairs, you’ll also find a dedicated desk and workspace, ideal for anyone needing to catch up on a little work during their stay. Read on for the sleeping configuration.



Upstairs:

Bedroom 1: Cosy and comfortable featuring a queen bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe space and an ensuite.



Bathroom 1 (ensuite): Shower, vanity and toilet.



Bedroom 2: This coastal chic bedroom comes with a queen bed, ceiling fan and open closet space.



Downstairs:

Bedroom 3 / Living Room 2: This versatile room doubles as an additional bedroom and living area, featuring a queen sofa bed and smart TV.



Patio / Front Yard: Bedroom 3 features sliding doors that open directly onto the front patio and yard, complete with a BBQ and two chairs. It’s the perfect little spot to soak up the sunshine, enjoy the fresh coastal breeze, and take in the beautiful views across the Passage.



Bathroom 3: Located next to bedroom 3 with a shower and toilet.



Laundry: Featuring a front loader washing machine, dryer and a sink.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire two-storey home, double garage and parking for 1 car in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the peaceful seaside pocket of Golden Beach, this beach house sits directly across the road from the calm waters of the Pumicestone Passage. Wander just 50m to the waterfront, where you can swim, paddleboard, launch into a day of boating, or enjoy the playgrounds and scenic pathways dotted along the foreshore. Golden Beach’s main street is an easy 10-minute walk (800m) away, with a selection of local cafes and restaurants to enjoy. For even more choice, Caloundra’s vibrant town centre is just a short drive away, offering plenty of dining, shopping, cafes, and everything you need for an effortless Sunshine Coast stay.

Getting Around:

Golden Beach is easy to explore on foot, with beaches, parks, cafes and restaurants all nearby. If you'd like to venture further along the Sunshine Coast, a car is recommended. Local bus services also operate throughout the area, with the nearest bus stop located on Blaxland St, approximately a 8-minute walk (600 metres) from the home, providing services towards Caloundra Station.

*Pet-friendly for dogs - Max 2 upon application, a $50 pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings. No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is located within a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly after 9pm.
