This darling home away from home enjoys a prime location within walking distance of the Sandpiper Golf Club and three and a half miles away from Sunset Beach and Sunset Beach Fishing Pier. Spend your days going for a stroll along Sunset Beach, perusing the Bird Island Reserve, or driving to explore the Crystal Coast up to the Outer Banks, Myrtle Beach, and much more.

This breezy condo has a screened patio with fantastic views of the 7th hole of the on-site golf course and a pond with four rocking chairs - this is a favorite spot to enjoy the outdoors while still being at home. The sunny living room is perfect for family gatherings as it's been furnished with the most comfortable sofas and a Roku smart TV. This well-appointed abode also features a fully-equipped kitchen with all the major appliances needed to whip up delicious treats and homemade meals for everyone. A Keurig coffee maker and a 12-cup coffee maker are provided to please coffee enthusiasts in your group. The primary bedroom offers a second Roku smart TV, access to the patio, and an en suite bath. The second bedroom also offers a third Roku smart TV. In addition to all these perks, you and your beloved group will be granted access to fantastic on-site amenities, including two outdoor pools, hot tubs, several BBQ areas with charcoal grills, and a tennis/pickleball court.
