Welcome to the Captain Ron's party house!!!

This home is set up with some fun and entertainment!!! Located at the 34.5 MM, this 4,000 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is the perfect place if you want to relax or if you're looking to create an unforgettable vacation! It has a private 2 well dock situated in a no wake cove and is very close to Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill. Inside you will love the updated house look and cozy feel: Ice machine, Multiple Refrigerators, 2 kitchens, bar area downstairs. The view from the back of the home is a great hangout the entire time you're there! Deck seating and eating areas on both levels offers relaxing seating to enjoy the view of the water.
House includes 30' and 40' dock slips, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, 9 total TVs, blu-ray DVD player, SONOS sound to play music from your devices, surround sound, bar, beverage refrigerator, ice machine.
Gas grill for outdoor cooking.
All bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linens included. Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soaps, Shampoo, Conditioner, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience.

Located near the Hurricane Deck Bridge off of Hwy 5, this house is conveniently located 5 minutes from Woods Supermarket and 15 minutes to Walmart Supercenter. Several area restaurants and bars are located within a short boating or driving distance, even a short walk gets you to 2 of them. Bars include Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill, Bear Bottom’s Bar & Grill (with waterslides for little and “big” kids), Chic's N Dix country bar, Branding Iron Bar & Grill, Larry’s on the Lake, The Cave, and Fish & Company. For those looking for boat rentals, we have several 26' Bennington "M Series" Tri-toons with a 250 engine. Comes delivered to the house.
