Check in took 4 hours! First the power was down, then the IT wasn’t working. Construction work started 7am and therefor they offered only a cut back breakfast. Asked to stay longer and they promised to contact is but got no answer. 👎☹️

Only minutes from Apple headquarter in Cupertino. Hotel was beautiful, staff was very nice. Enjoyed the pool and great breakfast.

Generell ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Karibikflair. Frühstück sehr gut. Kaffee hervorragend. Zimmer schön renoviert und alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Poolanlage sehr schön. Es gibt leider Menschen, überall auf der Welt, die können sich nicht benehmen und auf solche sind wir leider getroffen. Eine kleine Gruppe dachte wohl sie hätten das ganze Hotel gemietet, benahmen sich entsprechend. Schade!

Zimmer gross, sauber, leider Richtung Strasse. Alles gut ausser Frühstück Raum war viel zu klein und chaotisch da viele Leute.

Good place to stay. Especially Shay at the reception does a good job, thanks! Only issue: rooms with connector doors to other rooms (like mine) are not noise insulated and one can hear almost all noise of the other room

Schönes Zimmer
Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und das Bett ist bequem, Der Pool könnte schon sein, aber es sind so viele Kinder hier, dass man sich wie im öffentlichen Freibad fühlt. Zudem muss man Glück haben eine freie Liege zu finden. Für Kinder ist das Hotel wahrscheinlich toll, für Erwachsene ohne Kinder nicht zu empfehlen.

Perfekter begrünter Innenhof !
Endlich mal ein Hotel mit Pool, der wunderbar im Grünen zwischen den Zimmern liegt, wo man sich dank Heizstrahlern auch abends auf Sofas und Liegen (alles mit Tischen) aufhalten kann, sehr gepflegt mit vielen blühenden Pflanzen. Dazu einen Kaffee oder Tee (viel Auswahl ) von der Rezeption - perfekt ! Sunnyvale liegt etwas etwas abseits vom Rummel des Silicon Valley’s, trotzdem ist San Francisco in ca. einer Stunde gut zu erreichen.

There were several good things: friendly staff, nice property and good size clean room. Renovations to main lobby were happening so it wasn't great but I understand Bad stuff; no streaming on TV, HBO only worked part of the time. I didn't know ahead of time but there was a youth soccer tournament close by so there were kids loudly playing tag, running and yelling till late and then early too. Hot Tub was a big selling point, but then stuffed with kids all day so unusable

They are going under renovations but the rooms were clean and nice. During my stay, the other guests were pretty loud and will wake you up early in the morning… but overall a good experience. Would come back.

We stay regularly at the property when visiting family. During this visit the front lobby was under construction making the experience less comfortable. We were not told beforehand that the construction was taking place. We like the room as they are spacious enough , well appointed and clean.
