Keine Zimmerreinigung - das ist bei dem Preis schon einen Zumutung, bei einem 50 USD Motel hätte ich das OK gefunden, aber bei dem Preis. Die Möbel sind ziemlich abgewohnt - könnte man zumindest in Stand setzen. (Abgeblätterte Funiere u.a.) Es wäre besser gewesen die hätten Kaffemaschinen auf die Zimmer gestellt, als dass sie morgens an der Rezeption Kaffee auschenken ... (Bei gleichem Preis ist das bei z.B Ramada vorhanden)

The positives: staff was friendly, room was spacious and had a mini kitchen. The negatives: my room came with a sofa sleeper. The pullout bed had no bedding, not even sheets and there was no extra set in the room. I had to sleep curled up on the couch with a towel for a blanket. The main bed looked as if it had been slept in and the blankets just pulled back over and straightened.

Room was not ready for check in for 45 minutes. No ice machine on premises. To go breakfast is the worst. Bitter weak coffee, granola bars and muffins and pack oatmeal. Get a waffle maker at least. Premises was clean and so was room, but you have to ask for dishes, coffeemaker, shampoo, plates, cups. It’s not automatic. Service takes a while. Internet is good

There’s nothing super close in regards to convenience stores. I needed water and didn’t have transportation so unless I ubered, I was stuck without any. The vending machines had nothing but soda and they didn’t carry water anywhere else on the property. I think something so essential should definitely be made readily available. Otherwise, the room itself was clean enough. The staff was friendly and the manager was very accommodating.

The bed was comfortable and the desk staff were pleasant. The bathroom vanity was cracked and horrible however so it definitely needed a new one. Was glad to see a lounger that I could enjoy sitting in and it was comfortable but when I went to put it back to upright it wouldn’t stay.

The room smelled very bad, black ants on bsthroom, no shampoo in the room. No coffee pot on room had to ask for it. 1st time I have stayed in this hotel brand and I will never stay in one again.

I only have 1 negative thing to say the rest was all great! But the 1 negative really changed our full Beyoncé experience. Upon arrival they advised I had 3 rooms reserved, I only booked 1 double bed. I advised no, should be one room with 2 beds. Someone familiar with the situation came and advised they don’t have available double beds. I advised we’d only need 2. Then I asked are they next door to each other? No, they weren’t. He did some computer stuff and offered a king and queen room next to each other, Which we took. However, it was a friends trip to see Beyoncé and we intended to stay all in one room for the Bey experience and this changed that. But the rooms were clean and cold, the staff dealt with my disapproving tone very well.
