This property is at the end of the street on a dead end road, very private, and is two homes away from the ocean. We have waterfront boat access and a very short boat ride to the ocean or the outback. The best restaurant in the keys the Square Grouper is just down the street. We have a beautiful pool thats chilled and heated, the pool also has sun shades and surrounding the pool are lounge chairs with umbrellas. We have full kitchen with a bar, refrigerator, grill and sink. Nice lighting in various forms with a full living room setup with big screen TV that can be moved by the pool for watching while in the pool. There is a bathroom and shower so you never have to go upstairs. Our clients love the outdoor space and we do too! The vegetation is now mature and provides nice privacy, We also have a cargo elevator to bring your belongings up or a meal down to the poolside. This is our home and we love to enjoy it and share it. We also keep improving it all the time. The location is perfect for a 20 minute ride to key west or stay local and go to the Square Grouper, Kikis, Broil, Mangrove Mamas or the Bent Prop all 5 minutes away.
