Nestled on the third and top floor and accessible via elevator or stairs, Loft A features a private terrace with ocean views, a full kitchen, two king bedrooms, and a spacious living room overlooking the coast.

The property is conveniently located adjacent to US Highway 101, offering easy access to Summerland, Montecito, and Santa Barbara. Please note that some ambient traffic noise may be experienced. Blackout curtains and a white noise machine are provided for additional comfort.

The property is just minutes from Lookout Park on Summerland Beach. The park offers a playground, restrooms, BBQ grills, benches, picnic areas, horseshoe pits, hiking trails, and direct beach access. It is an ideal destination for bird watching, surfing, picnicking, and enjoying the California coastline. A convenient dog washing station is also available after a fun day in the sand.

- Security: Exterior security cameras monitor building entrances and parking areas. There are no cameras inside the loft.

- Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM | Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- House Rules: No parties or events permitted
- Early / Late Access: Early check-ins and late check-outs are unavailable. Guests will be notified via SMS should their loft become available prior to 4:00 PM.
- Group Reservations: Please contact Zenstay regarding full property buyouts.
