„I came here for a show at Howard theater, which was super convenient. The area is super fun with so many bars as the perfect place. Tons of nightlife easy to get to u St. Metro is just a block walk. Everything was perfect from check-in. The team was super friendly and I will definitely be back. 5 star and more if I can Thank you all“

„Das Hotel verfügt über 4 Zimmer und ist in einem alten Haus. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die vier Zimmer, im unteren Bereich gemeinsamer Küchenbereich ( Frühstücksraum) und ein Wohnzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer passen zum alten Haus es ist sehr gemütlich und verfügt über einen tollen Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Vor der Anreise erhält man den Zugangscode per Mail und auch die Zimmer sind mit Türcode gesichert. Der Vermieter reagiert blitzschnell. War wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis wenn ...

„It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. “

„Location, location, location. This is a perfect location for sightseeing in Washington DC. It is a short walk to the Capitol, National Mall, and many museums. It was perfect for our week-long trip. A safe and relatively quiet neighborhood. Lots of on-street parking. We found parking on the street before and then we didn’t need to move our vehicle for street sweeping.
