„Ein sehr schönes, ruhiges und sauberes Appartement. Bestens geeignet um Washington zu erkunden. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Man sollte wissen, dass das Appartement sich im Tiefparterre befindet (Eingang ebenerdig, da Hanglage) und deshalb durch die vorhandenen Fenster nur wenig Tageslicht eindringt. Teodora und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die alle Fragen in kürzester Zeit beantwortet haben.“

„I used to work for the University of Maryland and was back in town for commencement. I enjoyed staying in this apartment for a few days during my trip. The space was very clean and the listing was exactly as described. It was pretty easy to take public transportation or Lyft wherever I needed to go. Just make sure you're okay with being in a basement with people living upstairs. It's not 100% quiet because of that but if you don't mind then this is an awesome place to stay.“

„Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zusaätzlich stellen die freundlichen und hilfbereiten Vermieter Pantoffeln, Stadtpläne, Getränke und einige Snacks zur Verfügung. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz und die Metro-Station, von der aus man direkt zur 'Mall', dem Zentrum von Washington kommt, ist mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten gut zu erreichen und verfügt über ein preisgünstiges Parkhaus. Sehr zu empfehlen!“
