„Beautiful property! The staff was friendly and helpful. The view is like none other. We loved the selection for Breakfast and ate at the Restaurant for Dinner, which was fabulous! Our room was very clean and had everything that we needed. Every time we passed a member of the staff, they spoke. It really was like stepping into a Hallmark quaint hometown Movie! 10/10 will go again! “

„Nick, the co-owner, is very accommodating and personable. Ruffles Gap Roadside Inn (from the 1940s) is campy, cool and totally updated. Did I mention his coffee?!“

„We were greeted by the owner…she very graciously showed us around the hotel and gave us a room with a view of the New River. She was very welcoming. The 1902 building has been beautifully restored. The room was great…as a side note, she told us that they would be opening a steakhouse in town in a couple of weeks. The space worked very well for us as a couple. Note that they have rooms and dining options available for scheduling an event for friends and family.“

„Hotel sah von außen noch ok aus, innen war es eine Bruchbude. Flure und Fahrstuhl dreckig und klebrig. Statt echter Fahrstuhlbeleuchtung lag eine Nachttischtlampe im Fahrstuhl. Das Zimmer war zumindest gereinigt, sonst wären wir sofort wieder ausgezogen. Empfehlen kann man die Unterkunft aber niemandem.“
