„Stay was okay, but there is a lot of room for improvement for that kind of pricing level: - Reception staff (during Check In/ Out) was unfriendly and not interested in us - long walks to get to the pools (would be great to make people aware upfront) - some areas are a little bit outdated (except Spa & Club area) - no hand rails at the creeks to get in and out - room was outdated as well and needs definitely an update Despite the above, the hot springs were really relaxing and especially ...

„Great value, very friendly service, nice room (had the junior suite). Don’t expect too much from the balcony though, they are mostly too narrow to really enjoy, more for a step outside. The hotel’s location is excellent for going up to town and you have nearby restaurants as well. The breakfast buffet is not big but offers a selection of delicious foods. “
