„This property has no Air Conditioning. Listing says it has heat but there is no mention of AC. There is no kitchen or dishwasher. It does have a small oven to heat food. The small 1/2 bath has a musty smell and the storm door will only open enough to get in the door. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The toilets flushed but sometimes took more than ome attempt and had to wait several minutes for the tank to refill. Overall l was disappointed.“

„We were disappointed in this tiny home. We had trouble checking in & called the property manager three times with no answer, nor did they ever call back or text to make sure we were able to check in successfully. The plumbing was terrible. The toilet barely flushed & the shower water pressure & hot water didn’t really work. We almost called for maintenance help but knew we wouldn’t get a response. „The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez.“

„The property was very clean and easily accessible just off the road through town. The host was accessible and around outside fairly regularly because this place is just behind their home. The host is a very nice mother of several growing kids and was ready to help as needed.“
