„We arrived at the hotel and were helped by a brand new gal. She was pleasant, tried her best to get things correct, and her trainer couldn't be bothered to help her when she ran into trouble. We finally got our room about 35 minutes. Immediately after getting to the room, we got a knock on the door. „The young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful in straightening out an issue with the type of room we were assigned. We needed a two queen configuration instead of the king bed we were assigned. She got us situated into a suitable room right away.“

„Our room was not clean, hair on sheets on both beds. Looked like they were not changed. We were moved to a different room and it was on stairwell so could motion window and a lot of noise from people standing out smoking.“
