„Needed a room for my mom in law later in the evening and they were close to Torrington. Decent reviews so I sent her there but made the reservation after 9.. Small print said they don't answer the door after 9...she tried to get an answer fr 20 minutes and didn't get a response so had to send my 76 year old M-I-L down the road to a chain hotel. $55 down the drain.“
