„The neighborhood is a very quiet suburban one. Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. Except for the vehicles on the driveway, you would think you are alone there. No lists of "don't do this" or "do this". The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. „The appt was cute. It was loacted in the basement of the residence which I didn't realize when I booked. We checked out on Sat as it was uncomfortable. I messaged the owner but never heard back. Not a bad place at all for people who are comfortable staying in a shared residence.“

„We stayed in the basement of this home and it was very welcoming and comfortable. The check-in through to check-out was great. The owners were very responsive! It was in a nice neighborhood as well. The Host had motion lights that came on as we walked around the house to the basement area, that was very nice! We had a parking spot in front of the garage too! We slept very well here, the bed was comfortable.“
