„【良かった点】・眺望が非常に良い（Tower1の30F、ダイヤモンドヘッド側。海もよく見える）・室内がきれい・キッチン設備、調理器具や食器が充実している・冷蔵庫が大きい・ソファーベッドが、しっかりした作りでクイーンサイズくらいに拡がり、十分使用に足る。・プールは大きくはないが、きれい。ジャグジーは3槽・The bus等の乗り場が近い。特に、ホノルル空港直通のW1ラインの乗り場が目の前で、且つ始発が近いため空いている。家族4名で大きなトランク×4と手荷物3袋を持ち込んだが、ストレス無く座って空港まで移動出来た。【もう少し改善するとありがたい点】・チェックイン時間より前に到着しても、荷物を預かってもらったり、部屋に先に入れておくなどのフレキシブルな対応が難しい点（実際、13時頃に清掃等準備が完了していたものの、15時までは部屋に立ち入れず、エントランスで荷物を見張る必要があった）・洗濯に4$、乾燥に4$掛かるが、コインの手持ちがなく、またクレジットカードでの支払いがうまくいかず、アプリのダウンロード（＋電話回線のSMS認証）が必要となった。“

"The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Check-in went smoothly, and everyone who works at this hotel was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in the restaurant inside the building. À la carte options are available for $20 per person per day. There is a laundry room. The pool area is great, and the pool bar places a strong emphasis on good service. One of the four elevators was out of service all week, which meant we sometimes had to wait a little while for an elevator to become available."

Die Dusche ist schon etwas älter und nicht so leicht zu bedienen. Am Morgen hört man den Verkehr ein wenig. Das Zimmer war schön geräumig und wir hatten genug Platz"

"Sehr Hilfsbereite Personal. Unser Zimmer war auf der Seite wo eine Baustelle war, früh morgens hört man den Lärm. Ohne zögern konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Top Sitzstühle für den Strand und genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Top Lage, viele Restaurants in der nähe, der Strand nicht mal 5 Minuten. Würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen."
