„The casita was a perfect little spot for my wife and I. The neighborhood is quiet, the location was ideal, the bed was very comfortable (softest sheets I’ve ever slept on), the kitchenette is well appointed with everything we needed, the shower felt wonderful and I especially enjoyed my morning coffee outside listening to and watching the hummingbirds banter about. Nancy and Jim are wonderful hosts and we appreciated being there at their casita. It’s definitely worth staying here. “

„The apartment was in a safe neighborhood about a 30 minute walk to University Heights and just a short drive to Hillcrest or downtown SD. Pictures represent it well-- it was very cute and the perfect landing place from our daily adventures. I loved that the kitchen included a blender. The master BR doesn't get as much cool air circulation as the rest of the apartment, but leaving the door open helped and the owner has also provided a fan you can take advantage of. „Amazing place to make memories with family…pool is clean , lots of pool toys…house is massive, clean and has everything u need…we had a family cooking night and enjoyed the open space…air conditioning works great…home owners work quick on every question we had…would highly recommend this for a great stay making memories with family and friends.“

„I kind of want to keep this place to myself but then that wouldn’t be fair! Great location. I love that it has parking in a garage. Wonderful accommodations. The king size bed is glorious. We were in San Diego when an earthquake happened and Ignat called and checked on us. Check in and check out process seamless and smooth. We can’t wait to return!“

„Location, location, location! Beautiful and spacious home for our large family as we attended the wedding of our friends right near the Ferry Landing. The groomsmen were able to walk over and stay cool while the bridesmaids took pictures on the Bay. And so fun playing games on the rooftop deck. Loved every minute!“
