"While the hotel offers good value for your money when it comes to the building and the room, there are a few things that negatively impact the experience in the Thompson Savannah Hotel. Some of them: - It was not possible to reach the front desk or room service via phone. Every time I wanted to order something or ask for anything I had to walk down to reception. - The hairdryer was broken so bad that I nearly touched a live wire without noticing it. - The hotel did not offer any breakfast buffet but only a very limited offering of a la carte breakfast, which felt very overpriced. - Located in a construction area with very loud construction sites and ugly views. Im Hotel kann man nicht frühstücken, aber das Restaurant nebenan wurde uns vom Hotel empfohlen und das Frühstück war hervorragend; alles, was das Herz begehrt. "
