It was very clean and comfortable.very easy check in and out with the homeowner It has a beautiful courtyard with plenty of outdoor space for a quiet night just sitting around with friends. Very close to the beach and the boardwalk and some really nice restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends or even another long weekend trip.“

„We arrived after hours at the rental agency, sadly our keys and rental packet were not available. We called and received an immediate response. Our over the garage apartment looked exactly like the pictures, we made the bed and went to grab a late night bite. The location was perfect! We rode our bikes to the beach, the trails and Rehoboth. The access to the garage for bike storage and the washer and dryer was so convenient. We will be back!“

I can tell you if my house was not cleaned before my check in I would be passed. However, this house was barely clean, spent the first hour cleaning and the grill was filthy had to scrub it. They had a fee if you leave the grill a mess so probably pocketed the money from the previous tenant and still left it a mess for us... The AC in the small bedroom ...
