Welcome to our serene Stowe retreat! This entire home nestled amongst the trees offers a perfect getaway with a spacious upstairs and a cozy in-law suite downstairs. The upstairs boasts ample space for you and your guests to spread out and enjoy. The inviting in-law suite downstairs provides a private and comfortable retreat, ideal for extended family or friends. Whether you're seeking outdoor thrills or a peaceful escape, this is the perfect base to explore all that area has to offer.
Welcome to our beautifully renovated Stowe retreat, a haven of comfort and tranquility conveniently situated just north of Main Street. This spacious home provides two separate units under one roof, complete with a loft and a private patio deck, offers the perfect setting for your Vermont getaway.
Please note: These units do not have an interior staircase allowing indoor access between the two. Each unit has an exterior door and can only be accessed from the outside.
Main level unit:
The Space:
As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the open and inviting layout that beckons relaxation. The living area boasts a large TV above a cozy gas fireplace, setting the stage for evenings of entertainment and comfort.
Our well-equipped kitchen showcases new appliances, providing you with the tools to create delicious meals and snacks. Gather at the dining table to enjoy your culinary creations or plan the day's adventures.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in three inviting bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Here, you'll find dual sinks, a shower, and a luxurious soaking tub—a perfect sanctuary for unwinding.
Two additional queen bedrooms, a second full bath, and a loft with a trundle bed make this an ideal space for large families or multiple smaller groups. Whether you're traveling with loved ones or friends, our home offers a layout that ensures a memorable stay.
Lower Level Unit:
This lower-level walkout unit in a charming two-unit home has been meticulously modernized to exude warmth and brightness. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious full bathroom, a dining area, a comfortable living room, and two cozy bedrooms.
Each bedroom features brand-new mattresses, premium linens, and white noise machines to ensure you enjoy a restful sleep. One with a comfortable queen size bed and the other with twin over full sized bunk beds.
Our bathroom is well-appointed with abundant towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and lotion. We've also stocked plenty of paper goods for both the kitchen and bathroom, so no need to worry about packing these essentials for your trip.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to both units, offering a wealth of outdoor amenities to enhance your stay. The upper deck, complete with comfortable furniture and a grill, provides an ideal spot for outdoor dining and relaxation. The lower patio features additional seating, a grill for culinary adventures, and a cozy fire pit for evenings under the stars.
Our parking area is shared with one neighboring home, so please ensure that you park in close proximity to our residence. We kindly request that each side of the home accommodates no more than three vehicles to ensure adequate space for all guests.
While the property manager doesn't reside on-site, rest assured that they can swiftly arrive within minutes to cater to any requirements our guests may have. Your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priority.
Our property boasts a shared driveway with just one neighboring house, ensuring a tranquil and private atmosphere. Surrounded by lush woodlands, our location is nestled in a serene and quiet neighborhood, with most parcels being a generous 1 acre or more in size.
