  • Greystone Manor ist das einzigartigste englische Herrenhaus im Stowe-Gebiet. Die massive Steinstruktur beherbergt eine vielseitige Mischung aus Charme und Charakter der alten Welt mit vielen sauberen, modernisierten Elementen. Der vordere Eingang öffnet sich in dem 40 Fuß langen Great Room mit zwei separaten Sitzbereichen, einer mittig auf dem Steinkamin und einer zweiten großen Sektion für Spiele und Konversation. Der Blick über den Hinterhof ist direkt auf Stowe Pinnacle gerichtet. Der Ess- / Küchenbereich ist für große Gruppen geeignet. Es gibt ein Sortiment mit sechs Brennern mit einem zusätzlichen Flachgrill und zwei Öfen. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für mehr als 10 Erwachsene. Wenn Sie etwas Ruhe suchen, entspannen Sie sich und lesen Sie in der Bibliothek oder sitzen Sie nach einem langen Tag auf der Piste im Whirlpool. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Charakter und seine besondere Ausstrahlung, vom Sommerzimmer mit ausgestopfter Präparation bis zum asiatisch inspirierten Schlafzimmer mit King im ersten Stock. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt auch über eine große Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und Vollbad mit einem Vintage-Whirlpool für zwei. Satelliten-TV und WLAN sind im ganzen Haus verfügbar.

    Die zweite Etage verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick auf das große Zimmer sowie drei weitere Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer hat zwei Queen-Size-Betten und ein Zweibettzimmer. Ein anderes Schlafzimmer hat eine Königin und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat eine volle.

    Die untere Ebene von Greystone verfügt über ein Spielzimmer. Spielen Sie Pool, Vintage Pinball oder Foosball. Machen Sie auch Popcorn mit dem Popcorn-Maker.

    Greystone liegt 5 Fahrminuten vom Dorf Stowe entfernt. Zum Parkplatz des Stowe Mountain sind es 15 Minuten. Die Unterkunft grenzt direkt an den Schneemobilpfad entlang der North Hollow Road und bietet Zugang zu lokalen und regionalen Rodelwegen.

Incredible place. The home had so much character and we had fun just roaming around looking at all the interesting pieces. The lands are absolutely beautiful and Jim the host was super responsive and attentive. Definitely will stay here again

yes the host was welcoming. The hot tub was great after a days of skiing. The kitchen was well equipped. The range was awesome. The fireplace really warmed up the whole living room.

Host was on top of all communication. House and property was amazing. Tons of space for a family of 10 with a toddler and labrador. We loved it and would definitely stay here agan. Easy to get to the restaurants/breweries in Stowe and a pretty easy trip to the slopes.

Wonderful stay!

This is a terrific property! We had a wonderful time at Greystone! The place accommodates a large family easily, had terrific amenities, was convenient to the ski mountain and the owners are very responsive and communicative. We'd highly recommend to others and are looking forward to staying there again next season.

Perfect group getaway!

We loved our trip to Greystone Manor. The place is beautiful, quirky, and clearly well-loved. It comfortably fits large groups and works well for kids--with tons of quiet bedrooms, lots of room to explore indoors, a big beautiful yard, and a swing set out back. Perfect place for a ski weekend with family and friends.

Happiness is time spent in VT-Graystone Manor

it was a peaceful beautiful place to see friends and family once a yr. House was very large and the kitchen spacious enough for my cook to make incredible meals. We talked a lot spent time on the beautiful grounds enjoying the Stowe weather Working with Jim the owner was very pleasant I hope to do this next yr and have told all of my Cincinnati friends about the stay

This place is magical!

We enjoyed our stay at Greystone Manor so much. The house and surrounding property is fabulous. We loved making meals in the big gourmet kitchen and sitting in the hot tub in the snow. The rooms are very comfortable and house has a lot of character. The town, restaurants and skiing are very convenient too. We can’t wait to come back.

Awesome Stow Location for Solar Eclipse

Perfectly perfect.

What a fantastic place to stay. The lay out allows for group hang outs but plenty of spots to retreat when that certain someone gets on your nerves. The outdoor space is dreamy. The indoor space has lots of interesting things to look at. We all decided we would like to rent again. BTW, easy access to Stowe. PERFECTLY situated.

Property Gorgeous and well kept The home was clean, and everything was useable as the owner stated We had a map of things to do in Stowe Jim was easy to get in touch with, very responsible. We had an elderly lady who needed oxygen and Jim helped arrange her supplies-way beyond what he needed to do I was so impressed with Jim and Vrbo that I am already planning my next Fall reunion w VRBO Much thanks

Family Vacation

Our extended family had a very nice stay at Greystone Manor over the July 4th holiday week. The property is just as advertised with plenty of space in the house and an outdoor kitchen, pond, and hot tub on site. Stowe with all the amenities it has to offer is just a short drive away. Summer guests should be aware that, although bedroom air conditioners are provided, the house does not have central air conditioning if that is important to you. We highly recommend this property for a memorable family vacation.

Wonderful stay!!!

My entire family stayed here when my son graduated from UVM. It was such a beautiful place and large! Plenty of room. The yard was beautiful and big enough for lots of games! Jim was very accommodating and thorough! It made our weekend that much more special! Thank you!!!!!

A Must Stay in Stowe, Vermont!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family! The home is on a stunning property with views of mountains and forest. It is secluded and quiet with lots of space for everyone to enjoy themselves without feeling on top of each other. Lots of space in the home for everyone and the kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any home I've ever stayed in - perfect for our family who loves to cook! The house is central to all activities in Stowe, including a hiking trail just 1 mile from the house. Highly recommend staying at the Greystone Manor for your family getaway to Vermont.

Perfect for an extended family gathering

We brought together three generations of family for a wonderful week between Christmas and New Year’s. Greystone easily accommodated 11 humans and 3 dogs plus another dozen guests of all ages who joined us for dinner on various nights. The kitchen was versatile and well stocked, the fireplace cozy and inviting, and the hot tub worked exactly as advertised. The kids also enjoyed the pool table in the basement, the adults appreciated the unique decor (especially the library), and the dogs were in heaven to have the run of the grounds. Jim was very helpful and responsive, and it’s clear how much effort he, Barb and Willie have put into renovating and maintaining the place — truly a labor of love.

Incredible Place!

Greystone Manor was the perfect place for us to stay! We were in town for the Vermont 10-miler and we had a group of 11 adults and 2 dogs! The house is so much larger than we expected and very well laid out. It was so comfortable and inviting!! The hot tub was amazing! The fire pit was great to have! Our host was so incredibly responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook—we ended up staying there and not eating out! It was so peaceful and quiet! It’s located in the perfect place to walk, run or bike! Kudos to our host for keeping such an amazing place and sharing it with us!!!!
