"Very family friendly resort"

"This property did not meet expectations and was not in the condition advertised upon arrival.We paid for early check-in, but the home was not guest-ready. It had not been cleaned, garbage was present, bathrooms were dirty, the pool table was not set up, and there was no electricity in the garage room. The home was not usable at that time, so the early check-in fee did not deliver what was promised.During our stay, we experienced ongoing issues with cleanliness, safety, missing essentials, and non-functioning amenities. There was broken glass that caused a cut foot, the pool was unclean and the pump not working, and basic items like beach towels (not stocked for the amount of renters) , kitchen towels, and trash bags were missing. There was also a leaking sink and a bathroom drain that would not clear.While the host eventually addressed many issues, it required multiple service visits (cleaners, electrician, pool tech, plumber), which disrupted our stay.The grounds are beautiful, but at a luxury price point, you expect the home to be fully ready. We only requested a refund of the early check-in and cleaning fees, which felt reasonable, but received nothing.Overall, the experience did not match the listing, and future guests should be aware."

"I don’t understand all the 10/10 review. The hotel rooms are outdated with old brown carpet I would expect from a cheaper hotel, old dinged up furniture, a bathtub that was outdated with large chips on the surface and the stained grout probably as old as this original tub. Showers could not stay hot, you basically had slightly warm water to cold, even though the sinks had hot water. The location is great and the pool and golf course out back looked pretty but I can’t get over just how outdated it was. Probably a great deal for a cheap hotel but this is not a cheap hotel."

"Home was great. Tons of rooms allowed everyone to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Outdoor area was amazing. Awesome location. Will definitely be staying here again if i'm in the area. "

"This house is so functional especially for multiple families staying together. House is well maintained and clean! So many activities to keep you busy. Great location close to Costco and other stores and great restaurants. The outdoor living space was very comfortable, lots of chairs and space to gather. Definitely will stay again!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family trip. The home easily accommodated all 20 of us, and never once felt crowded. Our 10 grandchildren absolutely loved the outdoor activities and spent nearly the entire week outside enjoying everything. The shaded porch was a perfect retreat for relaxing and gathering. It’s clear a lot of care went into creating such a welcoming and functional space. Highly recommend for large families visiting Phoenix."
