The hallway was kind of dirty and in desperate need of some wall & door cleaning (white painted walls mostly black from dirty hands, bag scuffs etc) but the unit itself was great and instructions were easy to follow for how to access the property. We did run into an issue when we went to check in or nobody was available at the office, but we did call the phone number listed and somebody was able to drive over and help us out within about 15 ...
