Welcome to Pasadera — a modern Southwest casita community tucked onto 5 acres just outside Stillwater. Your casita is part of a brand-new community designed for travelers who'd rather stay somewhere with a point of view than a cookie-cutter hotel room off the interstate.

Inside you'll find 361 square feet of thoughtfully designed space under 9'6" ceilings: a queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, a fold-out couch that sleeps one more (sleeps 3 total), a full kitchenette with everything you need to cook a real meal (induction cooktop, full-size fridge, coffee setup, cookware), a spa-inspired bath with a walk-in shower, an in-unit washer/dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and fast WiFi built for remote work.

Step outside to a private patio with seating, string lights, and a view of the Oklahoma sky — the kind of quiet evening that's harder to find the closer you get to campus.

You have private access to the entire casita and its patio. Parking is open and on a first-come basis in two free shared gravel lots — one between Casitas 3 and 4, and the circle drive at the back of the community behind Casitas 6 and 7. There are no assigned spots; pick whichever lot is convenient. Please be courteous with parking — pull all the way in, leave room for other guests to fit beside you, and don't block other vehicles. Park only in the gravel lots and walk to your casita; keep the grass and pathways between casitas vehicle-free.

The surrounding Pasadera grounds (5 acres) are shared with other casita guests. The adjacent Pasadera Event Center is booked separately and is not included with your stay — it is only open to guests who are there to participate in a separately booked event there.

Events, parties, and gatherings are not permitted at the casitas or on the casita grounds. Wedding parties, receptions, and group events must be booked through the Pasadera Event Center.

We're a self-service property — you won't see us in person, but we're available via app messaging anytime during your stay. Message us for anything: local recommendations, something that isn't working right, or an early/late checkout request. We typically respond within an hour during the day and first thing in the morning for overnight messages.

Pasadera sits on 5 acres just south of Stillwater on Perkins Rd — 10 minutes south of the Oklahoma State University campus, far enough that you'll actually hear the cicadas at night. The grounds include our 12-casita community and the Pasadera Event Center, a wedding and private-event venue next door. The area around the property is quiet with open Oklahoma sky — good for evening walks and morning coffee outside. Downtown Stillwater, The Strip, and Eskimo Joe's are 10 minutes north; Boone Pickens Stadium and Gallagher-Iba Arena are 10 minutes away.

A car is the easiest way to get around Stillwater — free parking is included at your casita. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is available but coverage is limited late at night. OSU game-day shuttles run during home football and basketball weekends. Will Rogers World Airport (OKC) and Tulsa International Airport are each about 75 minutes away.

Dumpster: Located in parking lot 3, at the back of the lot — roughly halfway between the event center and the casita units. Pickup is every Friday.
