„This place is a great space! A room with a view and a kitchenette and a nice modern bathroom! The one thing I didn’t realize was that it is basement room of the house of the owners, so we could hear movement upstairs. With that said, it was never disturbing or loud or on off hours, but just noticeable that we ourselves should be mindful of neighbors. It’s is a clean space with nice amenities! „Relaxing experience, our dogs loved the river and great locations. Only feedback is to perhaps make sure all neighbors understand to keep the noise level down after a certain time. Friday night the neighbors to our left side with the tree house we’re playing loud music all day until 9pm at night. It made it hard to enjoy the peace and quiet in the backyard and jacuzzi. As well as, announcing how close the neighbors are to the house due to us having dogs. Thank you!“

„The property is located on a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood nearby to everything. As a bonus, there are walking trails in the area that can be accessed at the end of the street. The kitchen is very well equipped. Would definitely recommend to others.“

„Great house well-equipped for large groups. The house was super comfortable with spaces and entertainment for adults and kids. The kitchen is very well equipped despite not having a stove/oven, and it’s clear the owners have put in every effort to make sure you have everything you need. We mostly missed out on the absolutely beautiful mt. hood views due to rain - I guess we’ll have to visit again soon!“

„This four bedroom, three bath condo on two floors was ideal for our family of three couples and two little ones, ages 2 and 5. The beds and rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, as were the baths, but the little ones were ecstatic when they walked into the downstairs play room, so thoughtfully filled with toys and/or games for all ages, from the stuffed animals sitting in the chairs to the colorful art on the walls. „We had 4 families stay for a local wedding. The house is perfectly set up with multiple sitting rooms, and a great kitchen for group breakfasts. Multiple dining tables for games and plenty of bathrooms for all.“

„The house was just as the pictures showed. Everything was very clean, the bed was so comfortable! Anything you could possible need in the kitchen was there. The home was very easy to locate in a quiet, private area. This would also be a great house if you had children as it has a huge yard, stream running through the back of the property and lots of places to explore. It was just a short drive to Mt. Rainier.
