„Once i'd read and checked the local area the check-in was fine. Flat is nice, maybe more spacious than it looks. Well stocked kitchen with cooked, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker etc. Also had coffee pods, tea, sugar and dried milk. Nice TV. Well stocked bathroom. All in all, a good flat. Decent location too. Enjoyed it - much better than hotels“

„Good facilities and very friendly host but not as clean as it could be inside with dirty soap tray in shower and cobwebs and bugs in bathroom. Front door area was a bit cluttered and common entrance had some odour from being a utility room. “

„Horrible. Somehow it showed up as booked even though we were both certain we booked another place. Middle of nowhere. We walked out as soon as we had another place booked. Needs deep cleaning for example outlets obscure by beds and nobody has ever cleaned under the bed.“

„Convenient for Luton, Luton Parkway, Airport and town centre. Apartment had appropriate furnishings and adequate equipment and was clean and tidy.“

„Die Unterkunft ist hell, sauber, gemütlich und sicher. Die Nächte waren ruhig- kein Straßenlärm o.ä. Sicherer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.“

The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be ...

Even when I reported an item that was accidentally broken by my husband, the host took it simply and was more concerned that my husband was not hurt by the incident. She is such an amazing person. I will definitely use the apartment again whenever am around and I highly recommend it to any customer looking for a ...

„The property is in a central location to Luton. The property was very dirty appearing to have had no cleaning attended to it for some time. It had a strong bad odour. There was hair in the bathroom, dust everywhere. The equipment in the kitchen was sparce, cheap, rusty and very dirty. We could not find a clean glass to drink from in the cupboard, dried on physical dirt. There was wet dirty cloths and sponge left on kitchen top, no washing up liquid or cleaning products. Old dirty slippers in the ...

„Lovely flat and great facilities. The area was quite intimidating and there was lots of noise from the flats above throughout the night.“
