Staff was very helpful and polite. We stayed in what looked like a newly renovated room and were very pleased with the amenities. We stayed for five nights and having the full kitchen was great for our extended stay.

Renovations hell
First off the place was under construction, I mean doors installed,plastering and painting walls. This should have been revealed before our stay. It was a major renovation and no discount. Then one of the reasons we stayed there was for the 24 hr airport shuttle. We ordered it for 5:30 in morning and never showed. The hotel staff asked us if we could wait till 6 am. We said NO. He then called us a cab which the hotel paid for. Overall a terrible experience

Liked the availability of a 2 bedroom suite so each one can have a restful night which we had. What was missing was a washer/dryer especially for people who travelled for more than a week and packed light .

It is attached to the airport so we did not go into the car,unload luggage and park again,instead we just walked with our luggage’s via short indoor walkway to airline check counter.

Not what it looked like online
This place doesn't remotely resemble the pictures online. the doors had been freshly painted so you literally had to kick the doors to get them to open. We had a nieghbor who screamed obsenities at his poor wife all night. But Overall though we enjoyed the kitchen and apartment.

it was fine overall. we had to move to a new room because the first room we were assigned had a bed sheet not changed. Further, inside that bed sheet there was a rag that appeared to be used up badly tugged in. It was kind of gross. But they apologized and changed the room promptly. We had no issue with the new room. Overall great experience except that a little hiccup.

The property was dingy and worn out. The room was small and the furniture misplaced. The TV was placed on a night stand near the foot of the bed, making it nearly impossible to use one side of the bed due to there being no room to get past the tv. The room smelled like fried food. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I always like a place that has a full kitchen when I'm staying any extended amount of time because it allows me the opportunity to save money by cooking my own dinner.What i was disappointed in was due to problems with my flight i checked in extremely late & my check out was very early I'd hope to get a reduction for 2 of my nights stay.Other wise i was very pleased.This is my 2nd time staying at a D.C.
