Understand maintenance is required, but drilling at 8am on any day, especially a Sunday was unacceptable, also without any notice. “

„Staying for one week there and never experienced the service this bad. They don’t do cleaning service doesn’t matter how long you stay due to COVID. Even though you asked for toilet paper they didn’t give it to you. There is Milch in the room for your tea but it’s expired.“

The bed was notably comfortable, and the breakfast provided was a highlight of our stay. We were treated to a proper English breakfast, which was quite wonderful. The bathroom and shower were both clean and of a good size. The hotel also had effective air conditioning, although we didn't need it much as the weather was mild.
The staff were quite friendly, which was particularly reassuring given some warnings from locals about potential unfriendly encounters due to the changing political climate. However, we found the staff to be very kind and they treated my son with exceptional sweetness and respect – a factor that always makes a big difference to me.
