„My sister and I were very impressed with this condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a lovely kitchen and a large living room area to spread out. Both beds were very comfortable as well. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. Staying in Fayetteville was great! There is plenty to do. If available, we will be staying here again the next time we visit family.“

„This property was absolutely perfect for an enjoyable college visit to the University of Arkansas. The location allowed us to explore the University, Dickson Street, Fayetteville Square and other surrounding neighborhoods all by foot. The property was clean and very comfortable. I recommend staying here!“

„The apartment was nice and everything was provided that we needed for the week. The location was amazing! We were able to walk to everything. The only complaint that we had was the train that rides right by the apartment woke us up several times. It didn't just ride by, it honked it's horn the whole time. So that was annoying, but other than that we had a wonderful stay.“

„Local @Coler is very close to the Coler trail, restaurants, shopping, downtown and breweries. The unit is large, very clean, has a comfortable couch, large screen tv and comfortable beds. I appreciated all the little extra touches. This is a wonderful place to stay.“

„Pros: This location is so good for walking to downtown Bentonville. The property felt safe and was very clean and decorated well. The neighborhood was quiet at night even though it was right next to all the action in downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Cons: I don't love when a home has a coffee maker but doesn't provide coffee. I stopped on the way and grabbed some coffee pods just in case and I'm glad I did because there were only hot chocolate pods available. It's a simple fix that ...

„The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much.“
