Waterside Village C is a perfectly appointed downtown condo that boasts incredible views of Howelsen Hill & the Yampa River while showcasing warm mountain style throughout two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Head upstairs and inside Waterside Village C, a two bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo on Yampa Street in downtown Steamboat. The main level hosts the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and features an open layout from the kitchen into the dining room which has a table for six guests and three more at the breakfast bar. Head into the living room to relax and cozy up by the fire after a fun day exploring Steamboat.

When you're ready for some fresh mountain air, the main level deck showcases sweeping mountain and river views. When you're ready for an amazing night's sleep, take the stairs to the upper level which hosts two bedrooms, one King Primary Suite and one additional suite with a Queen and Twin bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms to ensure privacy during your visit. There's also an additional Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for overflow sleeping.

Finally, the best part about this condo is the ideal downtown location. Walk out your door to a multitude of restaurants & shops, plus river access across the street, a kids park around the block, and everything downtown Steamboat has to offer all within walking distance. This property is very close to the free shuttle stop, and is super convenient to get to the mountain.

Best way to experience Steamboat

3-16 to 3-20/25 - Location is amazing with listening to the Yampa river at night, walking 1/2 a block to the ski shuttle, walking to dinner every night, and being able to experience a non-crowded breakfast before the crowds.Kitchen - we cooked at home half the meals and you had everything you needed to prepare a meal for at least 6 people. Well stocked kitchen for utensils and cookware. Good coffee maker and plenty of space.Beds - very comfortable - had two older kids in the 2nd bedroom and was easy. master is great views of the mountains.Stay in a lot places on VRBO and would make this our two bedroom #1 in Steamboat.

Great Stay in Downtown Steamboat!

We had a great stay at this property. The location on the river is lovely and we enjoyed being able to walk to fun shops and restaurants. The unit was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The garage space was an added bonus. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Another Great Experience!

This is the second time we've stayed here and it felt like coming home the moment we walked in. The convenience to downtown is amazing. To be able to walk to restaurants or jump on the bike path or even walk to the river to fish - all without getting the in the car, makes it feel like we're in a resort yet with the privacy of one of the most comfortable and well-appointed units we've stayed in. Do yourself a favor and make this your home base when visiting Steamboat!

Can't wait to go back

The property was perfect. The group managing the property were incredibly helpful and professional and I appreciated the extra touches. They called me as I sent a email when I reserved the property asking if they had a crock pot (good at the end of skiing to dive into warm food) and they called me back to let me know they did and and to see if I had other questions. we only needed to contact them once on the trip and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. The space was comfortable, the views beautiful and the bed was comfortable. We heard faint music from the restaurant below from the living room only, but nothing in the bedrooms (some reviews mentioned this which is why I probably noticed it at all). the garage was convenient and we walked to dinner and to look around the shops. We cooked 2 dinners at home, and every breakfast. the living room was comfortable and we had lazy movie nights there every night we were in town. we would try to resnt this palce again if we go back and we hope we do!

Lovely condo with a pleasant view, very well located.

We were very happy with the condo and quick responses from our hosts. A couple of very minor maintenance issues were quickly remedied. The staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful in helping us organise our vacation . We were within walking distance of most of the best restaurants in Steamboat and only a few yards from the bus stop that had us at the mountain in less than ten minutes

We began our stay with 4, reduced to 3 when 1 guest left for more travel. This unit is very well located and the heated garage, with some of the coldest weather of winter 2022, was a welcome feature. The property is very quiet. Either the host or rental company provided a Christmas tree which made the unit cozy and home-like. Beds and linens were wonderful!!! Thank you for a very nice stay!

Perfect home-base for our trip!

My wife and I just enjoyed a wonderful five days at this condo and couldn't be happier with it. It's one of the most well-appointed properties we've stayed at, everything was in great condition, and the location was the perfect balance of being close to all that downtown has to offer (the river, restaurants, bike path, parks, etc.) but still removed enough to be peaceful and relaxing. We are already looking forward to our next chance to stay here!

Excellent in every way

Roomy, clean, and perfect location with proximity to restaurants, shopping, and bus stop. Nice views of the Yampa River and Howelson ski area. Condo had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The owners and management company were a treat to work with. Very happy with our decision to stay here.
