Featuring a complete redesign, this sparkling townhome is the perfect place for your group to come together after fun days on the slopes and still have room to retreat to the plush bedrooms. Plus, this home is pet-friendly, so bring your dog to Steamboat on your next vacation!

This is the perfect home for your next mountain vacation. The open main level floor plan features a huge living room decked out with all the amenities including new TV's, speakers, luxe leather seating & recliners and a private wrap-around deck. Head into the kitchen to whip up dinner for your group and enjoy the high-end appliances including a wine fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Dinners are easy at the oversized eight person dining table plus there's overflow seating for three at the breakfast bar.

When it's time to retreat, you'll love the two King suites and one Queen suite all on the upper level, ll with their own attached ensuite bathroom. These bedrooms offer a perfect amount of privacy and all open up into the second lounge that's a great spot for kids to escape. On the lower level you'll find the bunk suite, with a Twin over Full bunk with a Twin Trundle and its own private ensuite bathroom. You'll also find the heated two car garage on this level that's ideal for the wintery weather and a great space for your winter gear. Additional amenities include gas grill on deck, pet crate for one dog, private washer & dryer, pullout in upstairs lounge and more! Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King suite on upper level, Second King suite also on upper level, and Queen suite on the upper level, Twin over Full bunk beds with Twin Trundle in the the lower level bunk suite, and sleeper sofa in the upper level lounge. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog, which will be added on to your reservation at time of check out. *If a dog is to be left unattended at this home, there are crates provided in the garage and the dog must be kenneled in the lower level (mudroom). We ask that you do not kennel them in the garage due to noise sensitivity of the neighbors. We also ask that you do not let your dog on furniture of any kind in the home. Thank you for adhering to these requests!

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage & one compact car in the driveway. Please be aware that there may be falling snow and ice in the winter season. No trailer parking permitted. There is no parking allowed in the area adjacent to the driveway, near the pool gate, or along the edges of the driveway.

Luxury Linen Package Included: This home has crisp, white duvet covers that are washed after every stay. Enjoy hotel-style bedding in the comfort of a home.

Very nice property for children 2 and under. We were there during hot days of the summer and some of the windows were difficult to open and close. The kitchen was well stocked and the dinnerware was very nice. Overall very nice.

Beautiful home, close to town and the mountain!

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The townhome is well appointed, cozy, has a great layout and the attached garage was awesome. The guest suites were comfortable and it was so nice to have ensuite bathrooms in all the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the layout was wonderful for a family with kids. Only drawback was the stairs are steep/open so with little ones (1 and 3) it made things interesting. No complaints, we'd easily stay there again as the home was comfortable, cozy, close to everything we needed and enjoyable all around. Thanks for the hospitality and opening your home to us!

Cozy yet expansive mountain retreat in the heart of Steamboat!

This place served every purpose of our trip to Steamboat. The kitchen was amply supplied with cooking utensils and pots and pans so we could make a Thanksgiving feast for the whole family. With multiple levels and lots of rooms everyone could be spaced out to sleep whilst coming together on the main floor to celebrate the holidays. Would love to come back here and hope that we do one day!

very handsome home

our family was pleased with the quality of the interior and furnishings of the townhouse. the large modern kitchen along with the dining area and the large living room made for a comfortable area for the family to gather throughout the day. the house was well furnished with appliances and kitchenware. the property manager was especially attentive and responsive to our needs.
