This property features a heated garage on the lower level. On the main floor, you will also find the master bedroom with a king size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. Also on this floor, the second bedroom is fitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed and another ensuite bathroom. Enjoy being able to pack light because this property has an in-unit washer and dryer for you to use as you please.
On the upstairs level of the property, you will find a cozy living area with a gas fireplace where you can watch your favorite shows or reminisce on the day with a warm cup of cocoa. The spacious kitchen comes stocked with everything you need for whipping up a delicious meal, and the large dining area gives you the space to enjoy it in style. Walk out onto the private balcony to take in the cool mountain air and views of the surrounding area. This floor also has an additional bathroom to share among the group so no need to walk into either bedroom to use the facilities.
This Phoenix comes packed with amenities including a free shuttle service to get you wherever you may want to go. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of skiing, take a swim in the pool, or take advantage of the on-site fitness center.
The gondola/base area/mountain village is directly across the street - with a gourmet market/liquor store, lots of restaurants, shopping and of course the famous Steamboat champagne powder! During the summer months you can enjoy mountain biking, hiking, trail running, fly fishing, horseback riding, tubing, and many other activities. Take the gondola up to the sunset happy happy hour or enjoy a free concert at the base of the mountain. There is so much to do in Steamboat in the summer!

Condo was perfect for our family. Beds were comfy and bed linens were clean and fresh which is a big deal to me. Location was also perfect. Having the washer and dryers really helped out a lot . They even had laundry detergent there for us. Would highly recommend this condo. Loved the hot tub / pool area. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better ! Would stay here again for sure.

Excellent & affordable with short walk to base!
This property checked all of our boxes and was a wonderful set up for our family of five! Rooms & 2 bathrooms are downstairs near the laundry closet and ground level front door/private parking garage, which made it so easy to peel off our ski clothes and get them into the wash at the end of a long day of skiing, followed by a hot shower, then head upstairs for dinner in the well-stocked kitchen and some time relaxing on the sectional sofa in the living room. We all agreed this was a great location- we have stayed in other condos nearby and know this area well but have paid far more to be 50 feet closer to the base- not necessary when you can stay somewhere just as nice and still SUPER walkable with an 8, 10, & 12 year old! We even sent messages to the host and received lightening fast replies- VERY accommodating and helpful and obviously experienced with vacation rentals. Cannot say the same about the other places we have stayed in the past so kudos to this unit for having a host who knows what they’re doing! We come yearly to Steamboat to ski and we will definitely be back to this unit! Just hope the secret doesn’t get out that this is a hidden gem and it books up before we can get back…

This condo was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location! The garage and covered parking were a huge plus. During our stay, a bad storm caused our flights to be canceled, and the host went above and beyond to help us extend our stay. Their kindness and responsiveness made a stressful situation so much easier. We would absolutely recommend this unit and would love to stay here again!

Ski Week Made Easy
An overall wonderful week in this well-equipped property within a short walk to the lifts and gondolas. Our small group enjoys the space to relax, cook a nice meal and share the stories of the ski day, and the living space here was perfect for that. Bedrooms on the bottom floor means the living space was all open for exactly that, and the location puts it close to bus lines which we also used extensively.

This property has some positives - good location (5 minute drive to downtown, 5 minute walk to the tram), well maintained pool and hot tub - but the unit itself was at best 3 stars. Like a bad hotel, the updates are there but a lot of lipstick on a pig (sloppy and unfinished). My biggest issues were these: 1) Hasn’t been deep cleaned in years, as evidenced by layers of dust on every mounted surface (ex: mirrors and artwork, including the 3D art over your head above the master bed) - and the outside of the building, which was covered in years of spider mites; 2) the bedding was old and ratty, and the bedding (pillowcases) didn’t even fit well enough to provide adequate coverage despite no pillow covers underneath (basic hygiene). Personal care items were provided (shampoo, body wash, etc.) but were a random mix of shared bulk size products off the shelf of Walmart or Amazon. We were provided one kitchen towel for a 5-day stay; no dish rags. There was no bath mat provided for the second full bath. The fireplace had a giant hole that has probably been there for years without any plan for repair. The door didn’t latch properly, and we had to slam it every time we left the unit to get it to latch (sorry neighbors). And so on. All in all, very disappointing for a complex specifically maintained for vacation rentals and managed by a property management company. I do not recommend this unit unless you care only about location and having a place to lay your head at the end of the day.

Great location and stay!
Came with friends for a wedding and this place couldn't have been more perfect. 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and pullout couch perfect for group stays, Easy to check in and could leave bags with main office while waiting for 4pm check in. Easy walk to gondola area and many restaurants. I recommend staying here. Host responded very quickly to any messages.

Good location - easy 5 minute walk to slopes
The condo was well appointed with all you would need to be comfortable. Even some basic kitchen supplies and coffee were available. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The hot tub and pool were heated. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Good location and it was nice to have a garage. The third full bathroom was a bonus. Despite the outdoor temperatures being very hot, the unit stayed cool which made for a good night’s sleep.
The renovations weren’t done as well as other condos built around the same time, and the unit didn’t feel quite as clean as others.
