The condo is well located, a nice space with good kitchen and air conditioning. The bathroom is OK - poorly desinged - not enough towel racks, especialy none by the sink. The knob to shift between shower nozzles never quite shifts to only one of them going at a time. The bed is way too soft. While we were there the elevator was out the whoe time. Management claimed it was the resposiiblity of the HOA - if so, the HOA should have someone checking this and quicklly solving any probllem.

Location!!!

The location couldn’t be better. The condo was clean and tidy, kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was so comfy! We didn’t need to communicate we management since all the instructions were sent to us prior to arrival and made perfect sense. Thank you for a fun stay!

Can not beat the location!

LOCATION is perfect for access to restaurants and the Steamboat bus system. If you ski, the use of the ski locker at the mountain is a major bonus! It really enhanced our skiing experience. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Kitchen is equipped with all the essential items ( pots, pans, two types of coffee makers, a tea kettle, sharp knives, plenty of dishes, glasses, containers)Bed is very comfortable multiple pillows, shower works great, more than enough towels. Love the bench and hooks for our ski things. It seems like thought was given providing everything one would need for an enjoyable stay. Communication with manager could not be better. They are very quick and responsive to any questions that we had. My only issue was the peeling paint most likely caused by water damage above the kitchen island. Overall, we were very happy with this condo.

Wow! The unit was beautiful, modern, spacious, and the location was PRIME! The price was very reasonable, the management company was VERY helpful and generous, and the area was quiet yet central. The garbage was a little difficult to find, but we figured it out. You must stay here!

The property was as described, clean, and welcoming. Great location with secure parking in downtown Steamboat. Parking is across the alley and getting into buildings can be a bit confusing but great detailed instructions are provided.

Quick stay in Steamboat

This property was perfect for our stop in Steamboat Springs before heading north for a running camp. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and shops. It was a bonus for the summer farmers market to be right outside of the building. Although downtown, the unit is very quiet! If you are flying into Steamboat, make sure to arrange for airport transportation ahead of time. The shuttle was very helpful. There are not a lot of Uber/ taxi options or car rental options. So, even though the location is super convenient, if planning excursions outside of Steamboat, book transportation before arriving.

Perfect Location Wonderful stay

We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect. Across the street is the Yampa River with bars and restaurants on the banks of the river. The Farmers Market was on the street in front of us. There is tubing down the Yampa. The Howler Alpine Slide was so fun. The Art Fair, Strawberry Hot Springs, Beseme dinner was wonderful. A+++

Week of skiing and exploring downtown

Since this condo is located in middle of downtown Steamboat, you can walk right outside and to all the bars and restaurants without needing a rental car or shuttle. We took the free express bus from the stop outside the condo to the base area for skiing everyday. There was no need to drag all our ski gear on the bus since this condo has a locker at the base. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this rental.

Great Proximity

Downtown Steamboat Condo

We come to Steamboat often to see family and loved the location and amenities of this property. It was also nice to have parking available and everything that downtown Steamboat has to offer so close to us! The bedroom itself does not have windows and got very warm at night. We opened a living room window and the bedroom door to try and cool off the bedroom. The building itself runs its heat and since all doors are interior, I think it keeps the unit warmer. We live in Colorado but both struggled with how dry the air was in the condo at night, with both of us waking up a few times at night. There was a humidifier and fan in the bedroom closet that we were able to use. I would suggest a new/larger humidifier for the unit because this one ran dry a few hours into the night. Overall, great location and great unit outside of the temp and dryness!

Winter carnival week

Enjoyed the location of the condo and access to building B roof top for viewing of the fireworks. The condo runs extremely warm (75 degrees without turning heat on). The shower drain was not draining properly upon arrival , maintenance came out same day and fixed it but only 2 days later it was slow to drain again. Upon arrival the previous guest underwear was left in the washer… and a handfuls of pistachio shells were in/ under the couch. The vent in the kitchen /living room area needs cleaned as it has left black marks on the wall around it and you can see dust. The bed was comfy and the condo was in an ideal location.

quick get-away

We had a great time during our stay. The property was perfect size for the 2 of us, and the location couldn't be beat. We were able to walk to all the shops and even the grocery store. It was nice having the ability to text the property manager when we had questions. The only issue for us was the heat. We could not get it to go below 71, which was too warm for us at night, so the manager suggested opening the window. It was pretty cold, only about 5-10 degrees out at night so we had to be careful how much we opened it, but it did seem to help some. Thanks for a great stay.
