„This property has all the basics you want on a long stay whether with a family or friends. It's not flashy inside but is comfortable and well equipped. There are certainly places for improvement but for the money you can't beat it. The location is great with a covered parking spot. The complex has a communal grill right outside if you feel like grilling. Walking distance to the train station, easy access to I-5. Lots of food options you can walk to. Owner is great to interact with.“

„Wonderful views of the river and downtown. Every day we saw teams paddling Dragon Boats, scullers, kayaks, even small hot tub boats! We stepped out the patio door to the riverwalk. The condo was clean and comfortable. The photos don't do it justice-nice artwork and spacious main floor. Well equipped kitchen. Loved it!“
