„Room was clean and quiet. Apartment building was clean, quiet, and the folks we ran into were all friendly.I liked that I could see my car in the parking lot from the room.Hosts were responsive and very easy to work with.We were there for the Loring Park Art Fest and it was wonderful being able to walk to the park and back and not deal with parking.The neighborhood is older and has many other apartment buildings around with a wide variety of dining within walking distance. „This is a well-equipped, clean, comfortable apartment. The location was great for us. We did several easy out-of-the-city drives, as well as more local short trips. We stayed here to attend a concert at US Bank stadium, and it was an easy 20 minute walk. The neighborhood is not upscale, and we did have to walk over some drug paraphernalia and other unpleasantness. However, we never felt unsafe, including walking back from the stadium at midnight. „It was a beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment very spacious lots of natural sunlight washer and dryer with laundry soap on site. Anything that you may need to cook or prep you have the tools to do so host was very understanding of my situation and even gave me not only a discount on parking but a 10% discount again when I book I would definitely be booking again“
