Up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably in this one-bedroom loft apartment:
• Bedroom: 1 king bed located upstairs with a large closet and full bathroom.
• Living room: 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests and another fold-out murphy bed for an additional 2 guests.

The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.

The master bathroom is located just up the steps outside of the bedroom. There is also a half bathroom next to the living room, so it’s convenient for all of the guests. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!

Listen to records on the turn table in this open kitchen/living area loft, where you’ll find a comfy couch, coffee table, and flat-screen TV.

Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.

The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.

You will also be able to enjoy the warm summer breezes from the large balcony directly connected to your suite!

• 30+ Night Stays may require a lease. If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required.
• Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation.. The deposit is refunded within 5–7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings. By booking, guests agree to this policy.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
• Discounts are valid only at checkout, are not retroactive, and cannot be combined with other offers.

• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Pet‑friendly listings allow dogs only; all other homes are no‑pets. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
• Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment.
• All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest.
• Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement.
• Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property.
• Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas (Sable) of the property.
• Loss of any physical keys, key fobs(Sable), garage door openers and/or parking passes (Sable) will incur a fee.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation may be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.

Overall Great Stay!

We enjoyed this property very much. The music and Minnesota touches were on point. Building was very secure and bed/bedding were comfortable. Kitchen is absolutely AMAZING! Any cooks dream come true. Only two minor complaints and one is out of your control. Coffee pot was dirty. And there was a dog barking constantly which could inhibit other guests enjoyment so you should be aware of it.

Son's Birthday Sports Package

We attended some professional sports and took in the area. Good location, descent communication, good effort when managing issues that came up. Safe and secure building with descent value for the money spent based on parking, apartment, location, and amenities. The apartment needs a bit of TLC as some of the furnishings and amenities are in ill repair.

Place was very nice and had it been somewhere you can have conversations after getting home from a concert it would have been 4 stars. Parking pass didn't work and costed us an additional $30 per day. If you go to bed before 10 pm then this is the place for you.

High end apartment with lots of amenities, fun shops and eateries nearby. Elevator was out which made walking to the 3rd floor a pain with groceries but we made it work.

Great loft and location!

We rented this loft for a staycation - very nice loft and location! Close to great restaurants, bike/walking trails along the river, easy walk to NE Minneapolis and the rest of downtown. Enjoyed having the extra space versus staying in a hotel. Took advantage of playing shuffleboard in the lobby and listening to some records in the loft. Check in and out was really easy and nice to have the parking space along with the rental! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for our stay. Lots of things to do nearby and walkable area. Roof patio was really nice. Loved the look of the loft and the GIANT kitchen was appreciated. Easy to get in and out and property managers were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The rental process was better than expected as the management company was on top of everything! Had an issue with the parking pass and they were right over to fix it and in communication the whole time. The perfect downtown weekend

Staying at The Sable Lofts was a dream come true. I knew I was splurging on myself by getting this place, and it turned out to be worth every penny. Check-in was a breeze, the management company was incredibly responsive, and the apartment was just stunning. Well furnished, well equipped, incredibly sunset views.
