„Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment. The space was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything I needed—including thoughtful touches like condiments in the kitchen. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The neighborhood was quiet, and having available parking was a huge plus. I've stayed in a number of places in D.C., and this one easily makes my top 3. Highly recommended.“

„Note the signs for street cleaning days before parking; we had no issue there. The address that popped up on the Maps site the day before was for the VRBO across the street, but Tambor got us straightened out. You may just want to check the address when you message ahead of time. The apartment is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.“

„We loved the area and not knowing DC at all was extremely happy with how pretty the area was. All the homes were well cared for. Some beautiful architecture.The listing was confusing because they showed the three bedrooms and then showed a photograph of an office. Which turned out to be the third bedroom. So we thought we were actually getting four rooms with beds. We utilized the couch rather than the blowup beds and that work just fine.“

„I was studying for two weeks at Gallaudet, and this was a great place for me as a student! Jeff was very communicative and helpful. I rode the bike he provided to class every day and back before dark (some hills but not too bad). The rest of my time I was in the room doing homework, so it was perfect for that. Good AC and good desk. I didn’t get to know the neighborhood that well, but definitely say hi to the folks at Sky-market; they made me great coffee in the morning and made sure I had my ...

„Bis auf ein bisschen Schimmel im Bad sauber. Betten sehr bequem. Lage perfekt. Sehr ruhig. Ich hätte mir frühere Informationen zum Checkin gewünscht. Würde ich auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen, wenn ich in Washington bin.“

„My husband and I took our children to Washington, DC for a few days and the apartment was a great option for our stay. We had a nice parking spot at the property, easily walked to the metro to travel the city, and had all the basic necessities for our visit. Everything was clean, quiet, and private. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future! “

"Gut gelegenes Hotel. Zahlreiche Museen sowie das Kapitol sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Pool zur Abkühlung sowie die rooftop bar sind einladend. Ein sehr breites Angebot an Speisen zum Frühstück. Das Parken ist recht teuer. Es ist aber einfach der Lage geschuldet und am Ende im Gesamtpaket vertretbar. "

"Dies war mein 2. Aufenthalt in einem citizenM und ich habe es auch diesmal sehr genossen obwohl man ja eigentlich nur den ganzen Tag auf Tour ist. Alles super komfortabel und was man braucht vorhanden. Die Lage ist super um die Stadt zu erobern. Eine Metro St. ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann ma gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ich für meinen Teil würde hier wieder einchecken. "

"Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit tollem Personal (besonders Salomon und seine Kollegen vom Valet-Parking!) und unser Zimmer war sehr schön! Die nächste Metrostation ist gleich um die Ecke und die dort fahrende rote Linie bringt einen direkt nach Doentown. Toll ist aich, dass sich direkt neben dem Hotel ein Biergarten namens "Wundergarten" befindet. Sehr leckeres Bier! Achtung bei dem Supermarkt an der Ecke, der hat zumeist Apothekerpreise... Das Hilton Garden Inn Washington D.C. Capitol kann man auf jeden Fall gerne nehmen!"
