„The property was very clean and exactly as described. There was a lingering cleaner scent when we first checked in, but it aired out quickly once we opened doors and windows. Austin was great at communicating with me, and very quick to answer questions and provide information on street parking. The location of the apartment was great—lots of activities around Columbia Heights, and close to the metro station. “

„We were visiting our college kid who lives just a few blocks away from the VRBO. Her place is much too small to accommodate all of us. It was great to meet up and have time together. The location is great. Accessibility to buses and the Metro. Hosts were attentive and responsive to us. We highly recommend this VRBO.“

„Great location, close to many restaurants/attractions. The apartment was very bright and airy. We appreciated the early check-in and the host was very communicative before and during our stay. We had an issue with the A/C in the bedrooms which was addressed right away. Check in and check out was very smooth too.“

„Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung (1 Erwachsener, 2 Kinder) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht bis hin zur U-Bahn Karte und zum Regenschirm. Abwicklung und Kommunikation hat reibungslos geklappt, ebenso die zügige Rücküberweisung der Kaution. Einziger Minuspunkt: Wir fanden die Schlafcouch, die bei mehr als 2 Gästen in Betreib genommen werden muss, bereits etwas sehr durchgelegen. “

„Cozy space in the heart of the Cleveland Park neighborhood. Very safe to walk around and park safely on the street very close the the property. Very close to decent dining options on both Connecticut and Wisconson Avenues as well as small markets on Conecticutt Ave. Clevelan Park Subway is only abut 3 blocks. The space is secure and has all the amenities needed for a lovely stay. The hosts were attentative and friendly. This was a great spot to visit our daughter at AU.“

„We didnt really need to open the blinds (but could have) as this place was full of light in the front rooms during the day. It was clean and had enough space for us to relax on a couch in front of the tv after a long day of walking. Directions are clearly posted all over. We had a great stay & hope to be back.“
