„This property is listed as a "modern retreat". It is not. I will say the beds were comfortable, there were no bugs, the neighborhood was nice and the owner communicated well. It does say it sleeps 6, which it does, but there are a total of 4 chairs in the whole place, 3 kitchen chairs and 1 desk chair. The owner refers to a "balcony" where we could hang out as a family. The balcony is a closed in room where the washer and dryer are, no other furniture and windows that you cant open because ...

„Host was wonderfully responsive, pictures are accurate, didn't say on the listing but kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils which was nice. Unfortunately the snacks weren't stocked like the picture haha and there was only one butter knife but hey better than nothing. WiFi was fast and there are two smart TVs. „This place was above expectations. It included everything I needed and more. It was quiet and very convenient. Parking wasn’t too much of a hassle, I was able to park right in front of the building every night for my week stay. Public transportation and convenient stores within walking distance. Will definitely book while in DC again. “
