🚗 Guest Access and Approach

While driving to your destination you will find paved roads and easy grades all the way to the front door. A 2WD car is sufficient unless the weather (snow or ice) would require an all-wheel drive or 4x4 vehicle.

With 100+ acres, a private drive and a huge parking lot you will have plenty of space for parking, including trailer parking for those bringing off road vehicles.

While staying at your destination you will have full usage of the cabin and 100-acre property. The only exception is two locked indoor owners’ closets, two locked exterior garages and a locked tool shed. These are used to maintain the property and are off limits. ATV riding is only permitted on the roads.

This cabin was designed for guests to come and stay and play and enjoy. We also visit and enjoy this space with our own family. We expect each guest to be respectful of the cabin, furniture and all the amenities we provide. If any problems arise, we will do our best to respond ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

📌 House Rules

- No pets allowed.
- No smoking, vaping, or cigars inside or within 15 ft of the cabin.
- Please be sure to review the cancellation policy. This policy is due to the majority of our bookings being groups and planned in advance due to more coordination needed. Very rarely is our property booked last minute and this is only due to significant discounts. Because of these reasons, we will strictly adhere to the cancellation policy.
- Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. This cabin takes a long time to clean so we must adhere to those times. If you would like an early check-in or a late check-out, we recommend taking advantage of our discounted rates for booking an additional night prior to your original reservation.

🦌 Local Wildlife

The cabin is in a wooded natural setting, so guests may see deer, turkeys, raccoons, insects, snakes and other native wildlife. We treat and maintain the property regularly, but sometimes bugs and wildlife are part of the Red River Gorge experience. Occasionally mice get in. We have the place sprayed and try to keep up with them. Please keep all food tucked away and sealed to help with ants and other pests that like to find their way in.


Things to remember

- Indoor wood stove is for decoration only and not to be used.
- Cell service inside the cabin should be expected to be done through Wi-Fi calling and outside cell service works well with Verizon. I cannot attest to other providers.
- *Danger* – the pool, spa, and wilderness can be unforgiving, and you are waiving all responsibility and liability from the owners and management when you agree to rent this property. Please attend to your guests and children where needed. No guest should ever swim alone.
