The Space:

This home was built in the 1800s and was moved to its current location in the 90s. It has been fully updated yet still features details to preserve its character. The first floor is spacious and comfortable with a vaulted ceiling, large dining room, living room, full bathroom, newly renovated kitchen, and a first floor master bedroom. The upstairs includes a full bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The walk out basement includes a family room, full bathroom, bedroom, and laundry.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located on a busier street and is set back from the road. It is close to downtown Windham and Sebago Lake, but a vehicle is required.



Other Things to Note:

This home is professionally maintained with love and care. We host the way we would want to be hosted during our travels. It brings us joy to create serene, beautiful spaces for others to come and explore Vacationland.



There will be no grill for use at this property. You are welcome to bring your own, if desired.



Please do not use hair dye at this property. No balloons allowed, due to high ceilings. If balloons are brought in and rise to the high ceilings, you will be charged a fee.



The front of the property is monitored via video surveillance, as a means to

track any deliveries, ensure driveway is shoveled/plowed as needed, and to

make sure trash/recycling is collected. This property has no interior

surveillance, and is not used to invade privacy.
