„Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds.“

„Small rooms with tiny bathrooms, but enough to stay for a night. Be aware that there is nobody at a Sunday, difficult to check in when even the phone does not get answered. Without the help of another guest who had a mobile number of the host we probably had to look for another hotel“

„Beautiful house, clean and comfortable room, nice hosts. Breakfast is not to be recommended.“

„The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated.“

„Close to Heathrow airport, free parking and friendly & helpful staff.“

„Initially, the manager of this guest house was helpful and offered to set up the beds as two singles instead of a double, which was better for us. We had to pay £10 extra to check in 1pm instead of 3pm, but at least that helped with our plans for the day. Unfortunately, during the stay we encountered a number of issues, the most serious being that we appear to have been bitten by bed bugs. Further issues included a strong mouldy smell in the whole accommodation (it was hard to let fresh air in ...

„We booked 7 nights in this Apartment… it was a horrible huge mistake.. Nothing on this Apartment was working… The Apartment Lady was also very Rude.. There were uncountable things to be Complained and things to be repaired in this Apartment but it seems like the owner doesn’t care.. We do not recommend any other People to book this Apartment, if u ignore our Comment and do then you are gonna have fun… Good luck..“

„First, the good: the staff was extremely helpful. Due to some internet issues and a delayed flight, completing the booking proved extremely difficult, but the staff was extremely patient, understanding and accommodating. Another plus is its proximity to Heathrow, I was able to get there in a few short minutes. Now, the not-so-good: the room did not look as advertised. It was sorely in need of updating. The bed was comfortable enough and warm but small. While I appreciated the private bathroom, ...

„Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Skylark. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht zu toppen. Das Frühstück vielfältig und lecker. Sehr schöner Wintergarten und Garten. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, die Betten bequem. Toller Platz, um Flugzeuge zu fotografieren. Einen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Personal, Ihr seid toll!“

„Helpful person to help with self check in.“

„Was clean and very very handy for T5. Price was good too.“

„Rooms are old and have been lived. A lot of rust, broken furniture, bathrooms need a remodel. Hot water yes, very hot, cold water was hard to get as the shower was stuck on hot, almost burned myself. All in all heavily lived. Shops are close, free parking for up to 3 cars. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer. But again heavily lived. Free WiFi. Beds are not that great. Good for a night or two maximum.“

„Das Haus wirkt von außen sehr unscheinbar, ist von innen aber in einem sehr guten und renovierten Zustand. Jedoch sind die Wände sehr dünn. Rücksichtslose andere Bewohner hört man daher sehr laut. Außerdem sind alle Türen sehr laut und wenn man diese nicht vorsichtig schließt, hört man das im ganzen Haus. “

„Very close to Heathrow Airport and incredibly affordable. However the price speaks for itself. The open plan kitchen was nice to cook food in. There was lots of signs of wear and tear throughout the property.“

„Ein schönes altes Gebäude, leider aber schon lange nicht mehr renoviert. Am ersten Morgen gab es ein gutes Frühstück, frisch gekocht. Am zweiten Morgen war einfach niemand da, der Frühstücksraum war verschlossen. “

„We had a lovely stay and the host was very nice. The room was also clean. “

„Very well equipped, everything excellent quality. Food wonderful. All good.“
