Pleasant Stay, Great Property Manager

We were pleased with North Breakers. It is beach front, but it is a hike to the beach because a hurricane a few years ago deposited a massive amount of sand (so East Beach is much larger than it used to be). That isn't anyone's fault.The amenities were nice - all fairly new appliances. The unit was recently renovated and nicely decorated. The property manager was EXTREMELY good at communicating. Probably the best I've experienced. He was friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly. The dishwasher (we think) was leaking towards the end of the week. It wasn't that big of a deal to us since we were mostly using paper plates and such. We just washed the few dishes we used by hand. But the manager coordinated with us to fix it as soon as we left - and kindly gave us a small refund for the inconvenience. We certainly didn't expect that, but it shows how attentive he was to our needs.We will most definitely be back, and thank him for a pleasant stay.

Nice stay for a small family

We love the location of this condo. There is a bit of a walk to get to the beach, and after several days of rain, that walk was very muddy and covered in puddles. It took several days for the path to clear up. There was water in the floor of the condo when we arrived. I contacted the owner and he was very responsive in attempting to fix the problem. We thought it was from the dishwasher, so instead of having it fixed, we chose to just hand wash our dishes all week. There was no leaking water the rest of our stay, so I’m still not certain where the water came from. The code for the front gate that we were given was incorrect, so we had difficulty entering the property; however, another guest offered us the code. These were minor inconveniences that did not ruin our stay, just a little frustrating at the time. Overall, we love this beach and this condo is perfect for our small family. The pool area is nice to and we enjoyed using it daily.

Great condo

Very clean and spacious. Owner very responsive to inquiries. We’ve never been to St Simons so the beach access was a little tricky to navigate the first time but the condo is well stocked, clean, and comfortable

Fantastic Location and Condo

We had a wonderful time! This was our first time visiting SSI and we fell in love. It The condo was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. All the amenities and facilities were great and the management was helpful and friendly. We loved the location, so many great restaurants and access to the beach is easy to navigate and surrounded by beautiful wildlife. The host was very responsive and helpful, we are already planning a trip back!

Everything was great. The property was clean, and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We tend to go to different places each year, but if we go back for an extended stay, we will certainly look at staying there again if it is available.

5 stars for family friendly!

From start to finish, Charlie was an exceptional host. He was gracious, communicative, and made sure everything was satisfactory. This location was perfect for our family of three. A short walk to the beach, WW2 history museum, and a beautiful pool/jacuzzi spa. This condo has a host of thoughtful amenities including Beach chairs and toys, blow dryers, a high chair, all necessary cooking utensils, pans, and dishes. We loved the Keurig AND coffee pot option. The beds were very comfy! The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors were very clean! My only recommendation to future travelers would be to show up with bottled water, slippers, your preferred coffee, and a lounge blanket for couch sitting. Outside of those things, Charlie has you covered! Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our visit and loved our stay. Thanks again!

Property is quite a walk to the beach. Unit was left dirty so I cleaned it. I killed a cockroach running across the cooktop. I did like the coziness of the neighborhood and St. Simons Island. I will be back, just not that unit.

Great location

We had a great stay here! Restaurants and ice cream were a 3 minute drive away. The walk to the beach wasn’t far, though I do have to say if you haven’t visited St Simons before, the walk from the building to the water is longer than I expected.. but it’s only because the beach area is so wide in this location. The pool area was nice and they take good care of the property. Charlie had great communication with us and handled any hiccups we had promptly.

Excellent accommodations

This was our annual beach Girls Trip. It rained for 2 days but we had fun anyway. The condo was 5 stars. Everything we needed was available and Charles was very responsive. He was gracious to extend a later check out time so we could get a beach walk in and dip in the pool on the only sunny day. We turned our beach time to a weekend slumber party and accommodations were the best. Highly recommend. Thank you Charles.

St Simon's condo supreme

This is perfect commodious vacation spot for a family of four and just as perfect a spot for a couple lookng for a roomy getaway. Kitchen is very accommodating and sleeping rooms very comfortable. All in all, a great vacation spot with beach close at hand and a swimming pool on the property. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely Condo in great location

Condo was lovely. North Breakers has been updated nicely. Both the apartment and the complex. It's right on the beach so location can't be beat. Check in process was a breeze and Charles was extremely communicative and friendly. Enjoyed our time there very much and we'll be back.

Easy stroll to beach. Love this place!

Our extended family planned a beach trip to Saint Simons, but the townhome we own wasn't large enough to accommodate everyone. Luckily, we discovered this rental. It was perfect for our situation. My daughter & son-in-law stayed here with their infant son. Most mornings, the rest of the family spent time at the beach, afterward returning to the condo for lunch. The owner was a great communicator and made sure everything was good. He provided a pak-n-play for our grandson. There was also a highchair.

Nice quiet stay

Clean condo, nice owner, nice pool and good access to the beach. Would like a better view from the balcony but the condo is a good value. Older building but they maintain it. The elevator wasn't working when we arrived but the owner said he would report it. They worked on it the next day (Sunday) and it was working Monday morning. Good visit.
