Lake Loft - 10 mins from Beach

Relax at our cozy boho-feel getaway spot on Lake Turner minutes from the beach, shops, and Village. A quiet, studio-esque space walking-distance to Gascoigne Park (disc golf!), St. Simons Marina, and Epworth By the Sea, featuring three beds, a hammock chair, mini-kitchen coffee/tea bar with Berkey water and treats in the fridge. Also a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning sun filtering through the live oak trees above.

The space
We live at the end of a cul-de-sac on Lake Turner (great for observing nature) in Epworth Acres on Saint Simons Island, and turned our cozy space above the garage into a place for couples or small families to stay on the island and close access to the amenities listed above. The queen bed is a Loom & Leaf and the day and trundle bed are both singles. The space was recently renovated with an updated bathroom, floors, and coffee bar space (fresh ground coffee as-needed). Light filtered through the live oak trees and the skylight provide peaceful ambience for your morning coffee at the breakfast table or in the hammock swing.

Guest access
You'll be able to park in our driveway, enter the space through the garage with a code and your own key to the upstairs, and can venture out to the back by the lake to sit at the dock. The rest of the house including the screened back porch are off-limits.
Other things to note
As we live in a quiet part of the island and have kids in the distant parts of the house, we won't be permitting any parties or loud music and would appreciate notification if additional guests are visiting in the space. Use of the swing set/playground is entirely at the risk and judgement of the user and parents/guardians.
