Water View #407 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that accommodates 6 guests. Go on vacation and live the beachy lifestyle! From the balconies, you have a full view of the pool, which hosts sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a hot tub, and a grill for cooking out! Cross the road and within minutes you can sink your feet into the sand and soak up the sunshine at Indian Rocks Beach. It has a closet full of all the beach necessities! Load it in the beach wagon and off you go!
Water view #407 has everything you'll need. The kitchen and dining room open up to a spacious living area where everyone can relax while hanging out inside. Friends and family can gather while making dinner and watching a movie. The master bedroom is furnished with a beach flare and ocean colors, a king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a tub/shower combination, and a private entrance to the balcony.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need to prepare meals for the family! Fridge/freezer (*no ice maker), stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, and blender. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: The farm-style dining table comfortably seats 6 and offers a nice venue for family game night with an assortment of games that are also provided for your stay.
Living Room: The spacious living room has 2 sliding doors accessing both balconies. Kick back and relax on the couch, loveseat, or the Anchors Away chair which are all positioned in front of a massive 65” television.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom is furnished with a beach flair and ocean colors and offers a King-size bed, a 40" Roku TV, an en suite bathroom, and your own private entrance to the balcony which overlooks the mesmerizing intercoastal waters, the heated swimming pool and hot tub.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Double vanity and a tub/shower combination
Bedroom #2: Also decorated with a beach theme and furnished with a Queen-size bed alongside a twin-over-twin bunk bed, wall-mounted TV, and features a Jack and Jill door to the 2nd bathroom. This bedroom also offers its own balcony entrance overlooking the heated swimming pool and hot tub.
Bathroom #2: Single vanity and walk-in shower. No tub.
Laundry Closet: Full-size washer and dryer.
Beach Closet: Stocked with beach chairs, pool towels, an umbrella, a cooler, and a beach cart to help tote your things to the beach.
Outdoor Amenities: Large heated pool, a hot tub, shared B.B.Q., and intercoastal fishing pier.
*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 4th floor.

Important Information
House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2. No parties or events. 3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance. 5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. Guest parking is limited and on a first come first serve basis, located at the front of the building by the road.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
